Manual Workout Logging
Manual logging of workouts allows your clients to record the other workouts directly within the client app. Unlike scheduled workouts assigned by the trainer, manual logging allows the clients to add workouts outside their designated sessions. There is a wide range of activities, from gym workouts and outdoor runs to yoga sessions and home workouts that we have pre-curated with this feature.
Client App
On the client app, clients can go to the bottom of the Home page and find Log Other Workouts CTA to start logging if they performed other workouts outside their schedule. They can start by selecting the workout and then input the data such as duration of the workout, distance if applicable, and other metrics like active calories burned, Heart Rate and feedback.
Trainer Dashboard
On the dashboard, as a trainer, you will be able to see such manually logged workouts on the day they were performed by the client.
By allowing clients to customize their routines, track extra workouts, and actively participate in their progress tracking, you can foster a deeper sense of commitment and accountability among your clientele.
