Welcome to the Zoom Integration Guide for our group classes feature. This guide is designed to assist trainers in setting up online and hybrid classes seamlessly using Zoom. With this integration, trainers can efficiently manage and conduct group classes, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience for participants.
Getting Started
Before you begin setting up group classes using Zoom, make sure you have the following prerequisites:
A valid Zoom account
Access to our group classes feature
Reliable internet connection
Connecting Zoom
Once you have ensured the prerequisites, follow the steps below to integrate Zoom with our platform:
Log in to your account on dashboard.fitbudd.com
Navigate to the Live >> Configuration >> Location Management. Click on the pencil icon.
In the Location Settings popup, click on the
+icon on the top right, and to add a new online location, click onOnline LocationNext, select the service as
Zoomand click onConnect Zoom.Log into your Zoom account and give the necessary permission, and tada! Your Zoom account is connected.
Once connected, you will be able to schedule and manage group classes using Zoom directly from our platform.
Setting up Online & Hybrid Classes using Zoom
To set up classes using Zoom, follow these steps:
Navigate to Live >> Group Classes
click on
+to create a new class.Enter the class details such as Reference Name, Display Name, etc.
Choose the
Mode of ConductasOnlineorHybridclass.Select
Zoomas the preferredOnline Location.Save the class details, and Zoom will automatically generate a unique meeting link for participants to join the class.
The class participants will receive video conferencing details via email and calendar events.
Disconnecting Zoom
Navigate to the Live >> Configuration >> Location Management. Click on the pencil icon.
Find the Connected Zoom card, click on more options, and then click on
Delete
Note
🔒 Only the company owners and staff with admin access can connect to Zoom and use it in their group classes.
🔗 Trainers can use custom links for their online classes.
