Fitness training is essential for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. However, clients may have limitations that prevent them from performing certain exercises, or they may not have access to the required equipment. In such cases, it is essential to provide alternative exercises that are effective and safe.
FitBudd has made it easier for you to configure alternate exercises hassle-free.
To set up Alternate Exercises -
1. Select any exercise from the Side Menu ⇒ Fitness ⇒ Exercises
2. On the detail page of the exercise, scroll to the bottom and find the "Alternate Exercises" section
3. Click on the "+" icon to add Alternate options for this exercise. Select the alternate exercises and click on Save
4. Once saved, you can see the alternate exercises on the detail page. You can always edit the alternates using the pencil icon on the right.
