Clients can browse their trainer's recipe library on the app to choose which recipe to follow and add it to the nutrition logging system. Here are the steps to Browse Recipes on the app:
1. On the home screen, click on the "Nutrition" tile.
2. Click on the "Recipes" at the bottom of the screen.
3. The "Browse Recipes" search section will be opened. Clients can now choose from the visible options or search for a recipe.
4. On selecting a particular recipe, clients will be able to see all of the details about the recipe such as the video, description, ingredients, how to prepare, calories and macros.
5. If a client follows a particular recipe and would like to log it in their food diary, they can simply click on the "Add" button after specifying the quantity and the time of the day.
