To log the "reps and weight" on the coach app please follow the steps below.
Firstly, select your client's schedule and click on the workout of the specific day.
After selecting the workout, on the top right side of the workout click on the Mark Complete icon.
Enter the relevant details as required and click on Save.
Once saved, the workout page will enable the Log option for you, select Log to start logging the reps & weights to each exercise in the workout.
Select each exercise and you will see the options to log your reps and weights.
