If the connection is no longer needed, the access can be revoked from the settings using the "Disconnect" button. ​

Once disconnected, any current events that are already synced to Google will stay in the Google Calendar and will have to be removed directly from Google Calendar. Any new bookings made will also not appear in Google Calendar once disconnected.
