Your clients can easily view the workouts and nutrition plans assigned for the next 2 weeks and review their schedule for any previous day. Here’s how they can do it:
1. Using Swipe Gestures or Calendar Icon
Calendar Icon:
Click on the calendar icon located in the top right corner of the screen to access the calendar view.
In the calendar view, select the desired date, either from the past or future, to view the corresponding plan.
Swipe Gestures:
Swipe to the right to view future dates and to the left to view past dates on the app interface.
2. Selecting a Specific Day
Once the desired date is selected, clients can scroll forward or backward to choose any other day and view the plan for that particular day.
Important Note:
Clients can view their plans up to 2 weeks in advance. This ensures they have access to their upcoming schedule while also being able to review past activities as needed.
