How to Add and Record Weights in Your Workouts

Your clients can add and record weights even if you did not assign any weights in their workouts. However, please make sure to enable the secondary tracking option in the tracking field and select weights from the drop-down for your clients to log their weights.

To do so, please make sure that you have enabled the ' Secondary tracking field enabled " in the tracking field section while creating a workout.

Once done, select weights from the drop-down and keep the box unchecked beside specific target weights for your clients to input the weights they lifted in the app.

Recording Weights During Workout in the client app:

  1. During Workout:

    • Open your workout session in the app. You can input the weights while performing each exercise.


Recording Weights After Workout:

1. Adjust Settings:

If you prefer to enter weights after completing your workout, click on the 'Settings' button at the top of the screen. Switch 'OFF' the toggle beside 'Logs Reps & Weight'. This hides the option to enter reps and weights during the workout.

2. After Workout:

  • Once you finish your workout, return to the home screen and click on the workout tile. Navigate to the 'Logs' tab and click on 'each exercise to add Reps & Weight manually.

This allows you to accurately track the weights you lifted, whether during or after your workout session.
