There are two steps to creating a workout on the FitBudd trainer portal -
Creating a Workout (Introduction)
Adding Exercises in the Workout
1. Introduction to workout
Select "Workouts" under the fitness section of your dashboard. Click on the 'Blue "+" icon' button visible at the bottom of the workout section.
2. You will see a dialogue box as referred to in the picture above, in which you can select the type of workout you would like to create, select Structured Workouts or Follow-Along Video Workouts as per your requirement
1. Structured Workout: You will be able to add exercises to this workout in the next steps, before that you are supposed to create the introduction of this workout.
To do so please add Reference Name > Display Name > Select the type of the workout > Select the intensity of the workout and lastly add the description of the workout as needed and click on "Next"
2. Follow-Along Video Workout: You will be able to add a follow-along video to this workout in the next step, before that you are supposed to create the introduction of this follow-along video workout.
To do so please add Reference Name > Display Name > Select the type of the workout > Select the intensity of the workout and lastly add the description of the workout as needed and click on "Next"
The next step is adding exercises to the workouts -
You can also add a single video for a workout instead of building a workout with exercises. You can create such 'Follow Along Workouts' by following these steps -
