he new Workout Planner in the FitBudd Client App gives users control over how they plan, view, and manage their workouts across days and weeks — making fitness routines more structured, flexible, and personalized.
Clients can access the planner by Tapping on calendar or through “ Workout planner” option in the home screen under “More” section.
With the Planner, users can:
📅 1. View Their Training Calendar (Day & Week Modes)
Users can switch between Day View and Week View to clearly see what workouts are scheduled and quickly make edits.
➕ 2. Add Workouts and Programs Seamlessly
From the Planner, click on” edit” icon , this opens the week plan editor for the Client. Two tabs are shown - “ workouts “ , “ Nutrition”. Select “ Workout Tab” to edit the week plan .
2. Click on “+” to browse the Explore screen and add workouts from:
Programs
Workout Collection
Favorites
Downloaded Workouts
3. Choose a workout from Explore Collection, and click on “ Schedule” to add the selected workout to the week.
Note - Client can only add a workout if the Coach has Workout and program collection in the “Explore” feature in the App. “+” icon will not show to clients in case “Explore” feature is not available with the coach.
4. Client can assign a complete Workout schedule by clicking on “+” icon and selecting the right schedule and the day from when to start the program. Accordingly will be assigned in the planner.
Note - If there is already a workout schedule assigned to the client, then selecting a new program will replace the previous schedule. Only add parallel schedule from cardio.
3. “Move” workout - Within an existing schedule , Client can “move” a workout to another day in the week.
Click on workout planner editor “pencil Icon” to open the workout planner editor.
Long press the target workout and choose “move” option from the popup window.
Select the desired “Date” to which this workout should be moved.
Click on “ Move workout” to move the workout to the desired date
Note- A workout which is part of a challenge cannot be moved.
4. Client can also “ Remove” a workout from the planner using following steps
Click on workout planner editor “pencil Icon” to open the workout planner editor.
Long press the target workout and choose “Remove” option from the popup window.
Workout will be removed from the planner.
Note - A workout can only be removed if it is self assigned and not part of any program.
Additional Information-
If Client joins a challenge with workouts locked for future weeks - The planner will only show “ workouts locked” in the weekly view and it will unlock as the challenge proceeds.
