Understanding “Video Calling User Hours” on FitBudd

Overview

“User Hours” represent the total time your clients spend attending live sessions hosted by you on the FitBudd App — whether it’s a 1-on-1 Session, a Group Class or a Live Connect session ( only available in Elite plan)

Each user attending for one hour counts as 1 user hour.

What Counts as a User Hour?

A user hour = one user × one hour of live video participation.

Examples:

  • A 1-hour 1-on-1 session with 1 client and 1 trainer = 2 user hour.

  • A 1-hour group class with 10 clients and 1 trainer = 11 user hours.

  • A 30-minute group class with 4 clients and 1 trainer = 2.5 user hours (5 × 0.5 hr).

Examples to Understand Usage

Example 1: 1-on-1 Sessions

You conduct 10 personal sessions, each lasting 1 hour.

➡️ 10 sessions × 1 client × 1 Trainer x 1 hour = 20 user hours used.

You still have 30 user hours left on a Pro/Super Pro plan.

Example 2: Group Class

You host a 1-hour group class with 8 clients attending.

➡️ 8 clients × 1 trainer x 1 hour = 9 user hours used.

If you conduct 10 such classes in a month, that’s 90 user hours total.
