Steps: Number of steps to be achieved.
Distance: Distance to be covered (e.g., kilometres or miles).
Flight: Number of floors or flights of stairs to climb.
Energy: Active energy expenditure target.
Track progress and provide feedback on performance. Adjust targets based on the client's progress and feedback. You can turn off the toggle if you don’t want to assign the targets.
