Welcome to the newly revamped User Schedule Editor, designed to seamlessly enhance your experience managing workouts, meal plans, water intake, supplements, and activity targets. This document provides an overview of the editor's updated features and functionalities to help you navigate and utilize its capabilities effectively.
ADD WORKOUT
While adding a workout on a selected day, you will see two options:
Multi-Week Schedule: Schedule a structured workout program spanning multiple weeks.
Single Workout: Assign a specific workout session for the selected day.
SCHEDULE
If you select Import Schedule from the above popup, you will see the schedule browser to select any workout schedules to assign to this client. Once you choose, all associated workouts will be assigned to this client.
Once you link a schedule, it will show this link icon on the workouts. There are multiple actions on each of these linked workouts. Click on the three dots to find those options.
If you click on Manage Schedule, you will see this pop-up, which you can use to add more workouts to the selected day or to unlink the schedule from that day onwards.
If you click on Manage, you can adjust the start day of the schedule to map with the user’s schedule according to your preference.
If you use the Delete button on the Workout Card, the workout will be deleted on the selected day only. The linked days before and after this selected day will remain unaffected.
WORKOUT (without Schedule)
If you select the second option from the popup for adding workouts, you can add multiple workouts for the selected day, giving you the flexibility to create and change on the go.
