This guide provides step-by-step instructions for trainers to download workouts as PDF files from the dashboard. This feature is especially beneficial for trainers working with clients who prefer non-digital formats, such as elderly clients, or for those who may not be comfortable using apps extensively.
1. Access the Dashboard: Log in to the dashboard using your credentials.
2. Navigate to Workouts: Go to Workouts under the Fitness section from the left menu.
3. Select the Desired Workout: Choose the workout you wish to download as a PDF from the list displayed and click on more actions. Look for the option labelled Download as PDF. Click on this option to initiate the PDF generation process.
4. Select Save as PDF: In the popup choose the Destination as Save as PDF and click on Save.
5. Access PDF: Once the PDF is saved, review the document from the location you chose to save the PDF.
