We've streamlined the process so you can effortlessly gather contacts from FitBudd and nurture them through MailChimp campaigns and mailers.
Now, you can easily integrate FitBudd with MailChimp to synchronize contacts received on your FitBudd website and app with your MailChimp account.
Connecting MailChimp
Step 1: Navigate to **Settings** > **Connect MailChimp** and click on **Connect**.
Step 2: Log in to your MailChimp account and click “**Allow**” to authorize FitBudd.
Step 3: Once authorized, MailChimp will be connected, and you can sync your existing contacts by clicking **Start Sync**. Please note that the sync process may take some time.
Tags by FitBudd
“FitBudd”: Every contact synced through FitBudd will be tagged with “FitBudd.”
“App Lead”: This tag is assigned to contacts who have downloaded your app but have not purchased any plan yet.
“Web Lead”: Contacts who initiated the purchase journey on your FitBudd-powered website but did not complete the purchase step receive this tag.
“FitBudd - <Plan Name>”: Contacts who are on trial or are active on a specific plan will be tagged accordingly.
“Active”: This tag is assigned to all contacts who are on an active plan.
“Trial”: Contacts in the trial period of any plan receive this tag.
“Inactive”: Contacts who were previously on a payment plan but are now inactive are tagged as such. This could be due to the client canceling the plan or the trainer deactivating the client.
EXAMPLES
“FitBudd” “Web Lead”: A customer who initiated the purchase process on the website but did not complete it:
“FitBudd” “Active” “FitBudd - Basic Fitness”: A customer who is currently active on the Basic Fitness plan.
“FitBudd” “Trial” “FitBudd - Advanced Nutrition”: A customer who is in the trial period of the Advanced Nutrition plan.
“FitBudd” “Inactive”: A customer who was previously active on a plan but has now been deactivated.
