Trainers - Add/Assign & Manage other coaches on your dashboard.

You can now add multiple trainers/nutritionists to your account in the Gold Plan for an add-on of $50 per month to your monthly subscription. Reach out to us at support@fitbudd.com to enable this feature for your account.


STEPS TO ADD TRAINERS IN YOUR DASHBOARD

1- To Add additional trainers or Employees on your dashboard, please select the "Trainers" option on the Panel as shown in the picture below.


2- Click on the blue + icon at the bottom of the center column to add the trainer. Enter the name and email address of your trainer and click on Done.


3- Your trainer shall receive a welcome email from where they can create their passwords to log into the dashboard.

NOTE: Your trainers will have separate login credentials to the dashboard. They will also have limited access to the dashboard. Your payment information will be protected. They will only be able to see the clients that are assigned to them.


ASSIGN TRAINERS TO YOUR CLIENTS

Introduction:

Assigning trainers to your customers is a crucial aspect of managing your fitness business efficiently. This feature allows you to streamline customer-trainer relationships, ensuring that your clients receive the best guidance from your team. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to assign trainers to your customers effectively.

Step 1: Click on the "Clients" tab in your dashboard to begin the process. Choose between "Leads" or "Plans to assign", or navigate to the "Active Clients" folder if needed and select the customer to whom you would like to assign a trainer by clicking on their profile.


Step 2: Once you've accessed the customer's profile, look for the three horizontal lines on the right side of the screen. Click on these lines to open a menu of options, from the menu, select the "Assign Trainer" option.


Step 3: After selecting "Assign Trainer," a list of trainers you have added to your dashboard will appear. Browse through the list and click on the respective trainer you wish to assign to the customer. Confirm your selection by clicking the "Assign" button.


Step 4: Upon successfully assigning a trainer, you will see the trainer's name tag below your client's profile. This tag indicates that the customer is now linked to the assigned trainer.


**Additional Information: Checking Assigned Customers**

To keep track of how many customers are assigned to each trainer, follow the below steps:

  1. Click on the "Trainers" option in your dashboard, look for the forwarding icon located in the top right corner of the screen, and click on this icon.

  2. You will be redirected to the trainer's "Active Clients" section, where you can see the list of customers assigned to that specific trainer.
