Apple (iOS) App Store
To remove an app any associated in-app purchases must be removed first, followed by the removal of the app itself.
Removing Apple's (iOS) In-App Purchases:
ℹ️ Note: this step is only required if your App had in-app purchases in the first place. If your app had no in-app purchases, you can skip to the next step

From “My Apps”, select the app you want to remove
On the next page, from the options on the left click on “Subscriptions” (under Features)
On the next page, scroll to the bottom and click on “Manage” under the “Non-Renewing Subscriptions” section
On the next page, you will see all the in-app purchases currently available in your app
