With the Explore section, you can create an on-demand library of schedules, workouts, meal plans and recipes.
Within the Fitness section of Explore, you can create multiple workout collections according to their use, body parts, equipment, plan access etc,
To do so, please follow these steps -
1. Under the "Explore" section on the main dashboard, go to "Fitness".
2. Go to the "Workout" section
3. Click on the '+' button on the top to begin creating a collection.
4. Enter the Display Name and Description and click on "Next"
5. You will then see a list of all of the workouts that you have in your library. You can select the ones you want to add to this speicifc collection and click on "Save".
6. Once added, click on the toggle to enable the collection
7. To add more workouts to the same collection, click on the "Add More" buttons.
8. If you wish to change the order of the workouts in the collection, click on the "three dots" icon on the top right corner of the screen and select "Manage Workouts".
9. You can then drag and drop the workouts to change the order.
