Understanding Lead Emails on FitBudd
Gold and Platinum Plans
If you are on the Gold or Elite plan, you might be receiving two types of lead emails:
Potential Lead and New Lead. These emails pertain to individuals who have either downloaded your app or visited your FitBudd website.
Potential Lead Emails: These notify you about individuals who have shown interest but may not have completed the sign-up process.
New Lead Emails: These indicate that someone has downloaded your app, signed up, set their password, logged in, and viewed the app. These leads will be visible in the 'Leads' section under 'Clients'.
Silver Plan
If you are on the Silver plan, you will receive leads exclusively through your FitBudd website.
New Lead Emails: Similar to the Gold and Platinum plans, these emails notify you when someone has signed up through your website.
How to Use This Information
Check Your Emails Regularly: Keep an eye on both Potential Lead and New Lead emails to stay updated on new sign-ups.
Follow Up Promptly: Engage with new leads quickly to convert them into active clients.
Monitor 'Leads' in 'Clients': Use the 'Leads' section under 'Clients' to track and manage your leads efficiently.
By understanding the difference between Potential Lead and New Lead emails, you can better manage and respond to new opportunities for client acquisition.
Understanding Potential Leads on FitBudd
Potential Leads are individuals who have downloaded your app and entered their email but have not completed the subsequent steps to set up their account. Here’s how to manage and understand these leads:
What are Potential Leads?
Download and Email Entry: These users have taken the initial step of downloading your app and providing their email addresses.
Incomplete Setup: They have not completed the account setup process or entered the app.
Managing Potential Leads
Communication Limitations: Since they haven’t set up their account, they will not receive any messages through the app.
Visibility: These leads are not visible in the 'Leads' section under 'Clients' because they haven’t fully registered.
How to Engage Potential Leads
Contact via Email: You can reach out to them directly via email to encourage them to complete their account setup and start using the app.
By understanding and effectively managing Potential Leads, you can take proactive steps to convert these individuals into active users of your app.
