The exercise feature now provides you with the exciting feature to auto-fetch your thumbnails. ​ 1- Click on the Exercise option under the Fitness section. ​

2- Select the exercise you would like to add your video into or import the exercise from the Explore DataBase.

3- Select the relevant exercise and scroll down to see the Media option as shown in the picture below, from here you can upload your own video and the thumbnail will be auto-fetched from that video. ​
