Reply privately in the group chat

You can reply to your clients privately from the Group Chat.

1- To do so, click on the three vertical dots below your specific client's message.

2- Click on the Reply Privately option as shown in the picture above, and a new private window of that client will pop up.
​​

3- Voila, you can start the Chat with your client privately.
