Add conditions-based Schedules to Automated Payment Plan

You can add conditions while assigning a workout schedule to a payment plan by following these steps -

1. Go to the specific payment plan in the "Payment Plans" section and move to the "Automation" section.

2. Click on “+ Select Workout Schedule”

3. All of your workout Schedules from the “Fitness” section will be available here. Select the one you want to assign to this payment plan.

4. You will see the option to add conditions for this plan. If you wish to assign this schedule to anyone who signs up, select “no”.

If you want to assign different schedules to different people based on their answers, select “yes”.

5. Once you click on “yes”, you will be able to select a question to set the condition.

6. Now, you can select the answer that your client will give to this question and the workout schedule that was selected earlier will be assigned to anyone who selects this option.

You can add other questions within the same condition as well. Click on “Save” once done.

7. You can add multiple workout schedules and set conditions for each of them.

8. A default fall-back schedule will also have to be added. In case the client chooses anything other than what was defined in the conditions or skips the questions, the default schedule will be assigned.

9. Once you have added all the schedules, click on the checkbox beside “Automation is off right now, check this box to turn it on”

10. Once automation has been switched on, anybody who purchases this plan will be assigned any of the schedules that are added depending on the answers they give to the questions.

A lightning bolt icon will be visible under the plans that have automation enabled.
