Conditions for plan automation can be added via the onboarding questionnaire.
You can configure the onboarding questionnaire to include questions that you might use to assign different schedules to different clients. Depending on the answers your clients give in the onboarding questionnaire and the conditions you have set, a schedule will be assigned to them.
You can configure the onboarding questionnaire by following these steps -
Go to
Settings > Onboarding Questionnaire
Click on
Edit Questions
Add or Edit Choice Based (Single/Multiple choice) questions. These questions will define the rules later in Payment Plans. Eg. if there is a question of “Where do you typically work?” and options are - “Home”, “Gym”, “Outdoors”. You can define three rules and have three different schedules for the clients choosing different options.
Make sure to mark these questions as
Mandatory. You can also see which questions are used in automation by looking for this symbol beside the question.
