ACTIVATE AUTOMATION
Go to the specific payment plan in the "Payment Plans" section and move to the "Automation" section.
Click on the “+ Select Workout Schedule/Meal Plan/Supplement Plan” option under each category to view your schedules, supplement plans, etc. that were created in the Fitness and Nutrition sections.
After adding the required schedules, macros, plans, etc., select the checkbox beside “Automatically assign this schedule”. Now, whenever someone purchases this plan, the schedule will be automatically assigned.
To enable Rules of Assignment, you will have to add the qualifying questions to the Onboarding Questionnaire.
NOTE: The payment plan automation will only apply to new users purchasing your payment plan for the first time and not to existing customers. |
Configure the onboarding questionnaire for rule-based automation.
We know that all clients are different and thus need different training programs. Therefore, the automation feature has been designed to cater to different types of clients within a payment plan. You can choose which rules/conditions to take into account while assigning the Workout Schedule or Meal Plan. These rules/conditions will first have to be added as questions in the Onboarding Questionnaire.
Depending on the answer given by your clients and the rules set by you, the system will assign the required workout or meal plan.
Here's how you can configure the onboarding questionnaire for rule-based automation -
Go to the Onboarding Questionnaire section in "Settings".
Click on "Edit Questions"
Add or Edit Choice Based (Single/Multiple choice) questions. These questions will define the rules later in Payment Plans. Eg. if there is a question of “Where do you typically work?” and options are - “Home”, “Gym”, “Outdoors”. You can define three rules and have three different schedules for the clients choosing different options.
Make sure to mark these questions as "Mandatory". Click on "Save".
