Broadcast Messages

With Fitbudd, you can now send one message to multiple clients at once using the Broadcast Messaging feature. This allows you to select which clients should receive the message. To send broadcast messages to your clients, please follow these steps:

1. On the main panel of the dashboard, open the "Messages" section and click on "Broadcasts".

2. You will then see a few default groups based on lead status and plan status. You can also send a message to all of your clients at once.

3. At the bottom of the list, click on "Send to Custom Group" to create your groups and choose which clients to send a message to.
​

4. You can create a group based on various attributes such as client category, plans, tags, and Start Date.
​

5. Once you have selected the group, send the message as you normally would. You will also be able to see the recipients of a particular message. You can attach documents, and video files and send voice notes as well.
