You can offer a free trial period to your clients before they subscribe. To do so, follow these steps:
1. Go to the trainer portal and click on the 'Payment Plans' section. Then, click the blue '+' button at the bottom of the second panel to create a new plan.
2. Fill in the basic details in the first section, and then navigate to the 'Pricing Info' section. Choose the 'Subscription' option, select the "Billing Cycle" and enable the 'Add Free Days (Recommended)' feature.
3. Now, you can specify the duration of the free trial. Clients will be charged for the subscription once this trial period ends.
4. If you want to offer a free trial within an existing plan, open the payment plan you want to modify, and click on the '+ Add More' option. Select 'Subscription' and follow the same steps.
This will allow you to provide a free trial period for your clients before they commit to a subscription."
