Create a free promotional plan for your clients

You can create free plans for your clients in the "Payment Plans" section of the trainer portal.

Please follow these steps -

  1. Go to the trainer portal and click on the Payment Plans section. Click on the blue '+' button at the bottom of the second panel to add a new plan.

  2. Enter the basic details in the first section and move to the "Pricing Info" section. Enter "0" as the price and move to the next section. Please note that the"Zero Price" or "Free" is available for One Time purchases only.

  3. You can choose to Add Video Calls in this Plan in the next section. You can include your plan details moving forward or choose to skip the step.

  4. Once done, click on save. Make sure the plan is marked as "Active" to ensure that it is visible to your clients.

  5. In case you wish to offer a free plan in one of the existing plans, open the payment plan you wish to add and click on the "+ Add More" option. Add the pricing as "0" and click on "Save".
