You can create different workouts using the exercises you have added to your exercise library. Exercises cannot be directly added to a client's schedule. However, individual workouts can be added to the schedule along with the current schedule.
To add workouts to your client's schedule, follow these steps -
1. Open a client's profile and move to the 'Schedule' tab. Click on the edit button to see the screen to 'assign/edit schedule'.
2. Based on the duration of the plan mentioned above, a specified number of weeks automatically becomes visible in the left panel. Click on the week you want to assign a plan for.
3. Click on the + icon beside the specific day, to add a workout to your client schedule.
4. Once you click the + icon, you will see the option to Add a Workout.
5. You can search from the glossary of workouts & cardio you have created while setting up the portal and select the workout you would like to add, once selected click on save.
6. After choosing a workout for a specific day, you can copy the same from one day to another by simply clicking on the three dots icon visible at the top right of the workout box > Click on copy > Click on the Paste button on the day you want to copy the schedule too and click on Done.
7.. You can repeat the process for all the training days. Click on the 'Save & close' button to assign the workout schedule to your clients.
