To create Supersets / Triset / Warm up / Circuit / AMRAP / TABATA / EMOM in your workouts
On the trainer portal, navigate to 'Workouts' under the 'Fitness' section.
Select the workout you want to edit, and click on the 'Pencil' icon in the 'Exercises' tab.
Navigate to the set of exercises you want to change to the relevant exercise type and click on the dropdown on the right side of the screen.
From the dropdown, you can select the relevant option.
Click on the blue 'Save' button on the top right of your screen to save your changes.
