In case you wish to switch off the chat feature for a particular client, you can disable this feature by following these steps - ​

On the trainer portal, navigate to 'Active Clients' under the 'Clients' section on the main panel. ​

Select the client, and click on the 'hamburger' button on the right side of the screen. ​ ​

From the dropdown, click on 'Disable Chat'. ​

Click on 'Yes, Disable' to confirm. ​
