In case you wish to switch off the chat feature for a particular client, you can disable this feature by following these steps -
On the trainer portal, navigate to 'Active Clients' under the 'Clients' section on the main panel.
Select the client, and click on the 'hamburger' button on the right side of the screen.
From the dropdown, click on 'Disable Chat'.
Click on 'Yes, Disable' to confirm.
Please note that you can enable the chat back anytime you want.
