How can clients cancel their subscriptions?

Your clients can manage and cancel their subscriptions from your website and applications by following these steps -

  1. Ask your client to go to your website:


    ​https://Yourcompanyname.fitbudd.com
    ​

  2. Your client can navigate to the bottom and click on the “Click Here” button as shown to manage their subscription.

  3. Your client can now log in and go ahead and cancel their subscription.
    ​​

  4. For Application: Your clients are supposed to click on the profile tab and click manage subscription.
