Add a New Client Manually

In addition to directing your clients to your website or app for payments, you can also manually add a client to the platform by following these steps -

1. In the 'Clients' section on the main panel of the trainer portal, click on the '+ Add New Client' button.

2. Enter the client details such as name, email, start date, duration, etc. You can also enable video calling for this client, which will allow them to schedule video-calling sessions with you.

3. In the 'Select Plan' option, you can choose a 'Custom' plan for the client or choose one from your 'Payment Plans' section.

Please note that you can only assign one-time payment plans to your clients while adding them manually.

4. Click on 'Done' to add the client to the platform. Your client will then receive the Welcome Email with details of setting up their password and downloading your app.
