To help you manage your clients more effectively, they are organized into four distinct categories. These categories allow you to easily track and manage your clients based on their specific status and interactions with your services.
The four categories are -
1. Leads
Anyone who downloads your app directly from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store will be listed in this section. These customers have yet to purchase any plan that you offer and are leads that you can contact via email or the built-in chat feature.
You can filter these clients according to the status of their onboarding questionnaire.
You will also get emails from our side to inform you about new leads -
2. Plans to Assign
All clients who have purchased a plan will be mentioned in the Plans to Assign section. These clients will include clients who have either not completed their onboarding questionnaire or have answered the questionnaire but you are yet to assign a plan to them. You can filter them according to their status.
3. Active Clients
Once you assign a plan to your clients and activate them, they will be moved from the New Clients section to the Active Clients section. All of the clients currently training with you will be mentioned in this section.
4. Inactive Clients
All clients who have either completed their training program with you or have been manually deactivated from the platform will be in this section. Unless you delete the client permanently, you will have access to their profile in case the client joins your plan again.
You can filter your inactive clients according to their status -
Plan Completed - The duration of their plan ended organically and a new plan was not purchased.
Deactivated - The client was deactivated manually by you. This can be done to end a client's subscription.
