You can create your payment plans directly on the portal and choose to make them available on your website and app, giving your clients easy access to view and purchase them.

You can set up payment plans in two ways. Watch the video above, or follow the detailed step-by-step guide below.
To add one-time payment plans or subscription-based plans -
1. Go to the ‘Payment Plans’ section on the main panel of the trainer portal. Click on the blue 'Plus' icon at the bottom of the middle panel.
2. Enter the payment plan's name in the required field.
Provide a brief description highlighting its features and benefits.
Upload an image to give a visual reference and enhance its appeal.
This ensures your payment plan is informative and visually engaging for clients.
3. In the second step "pricing info" you will now have the option to create a One-Time Payment Plan or a Subscription Plan
To set up a One-Time Payment Plan, select the "One Time" option and customize the duration and price to match your requirements. You can also choose to offer discounted prices to provide special rates for your clients. This allows for a flexible and tailored plan that meets your business and client needs.
To set up a Subscription Payment Plan, select the "Subscription" option and customize the billing cycle and price to suit your requirements. You can choose from various billing cycles, such as weekly, 6-weekly, monthly, quarterly, 6-monthly, or yearly, and set the corresponding price for the plan.
Add Free Trial: If you have selected the subscription payment method, you will see add free days option while creating a subscription plan, you can select the required days from the drop-down as required.
4. In the third step, you can add 1 on 1 sessions and group classes in the Appointments Info.
- 1 on 1 Sessions- Clients on this payment plan can book appointments for the 1 on 1 sessions specified below depending on the number of sessions you have selected for them.
- Group Classes- The clients on this plan can book any of the specified group classes as long as their membership is active.
You can also control the access by selecting from the drop-down.
5. In the "Plan Includes" section, to help your customers understand the value of your payment plan, clearly outline what it includes. Use bullet points to highlight key features and benefits. For example, refer to the image below as a reference to structure your explanation. This approach ensures transparency and makes it easier for clients to see what they’re getting with their purchase.
6. In the "How It Works" section, Provide a clear explanation of how the process works to help your customers understand. Break it down into simple steps, highlighting the flow or key actions required. For instance, refer to the image below as a guide to structure your explanation effectively. Visual references make it easier for customers to follow along and grasp the process.
7. Once done click on "Save". Voila!! Your payment plan is ready. You can set it to active by toggling the button as shown below.
8. To offer multiple pricing options within a payment plan, simply select the "+ Add more option" feature. This allows you to add and customize additional pricing tiers, providing flexibility for your clients to choose the option that best suits their needs.
