How to Assign a Meal Schedule to a Client

Assigning a meal schedule to your clients helps ensure they receive personalized nutrition support. Here’s how you can easily assign a meal schedule to any active client:


Step 1: Access the Client's Profile and Open the Schedule Tab

  • Go to the ‘Clients’ section in your dashboard and navigate to the ‘Active Clients’ section. Locate and open the profile of the client you want to assign a meal schedule to. Once inside the profile, click on the ‘Schedule’ tab to view the client’s current meal plan settings.

Step 2: Edit the Meal Schedule

  • Click on the blue ‘Edit’ button located on the right side of the screen to make changes to the meal schedule.


Step 3: Add or Import a Meal Plan

  • Click on ‘Add Nutrition’ and select either ‘Import Schedule’ or ‘Import Meal Plan’ if you’re assigning a single meal plan for all days.



Step 4: Save the Meal Schedule

  • Once you have set the meal schedule, click on ‘Save & Close’ at the top right corner of the screen to assign the new schedule to your client.
