Assigning a meal schedule to your clients helps ensure they receive personalized nutrition support. Here’s how you can easily assign a meal schedule to any active client:
Step 1: Access the Client's Profile and Open the Schedule Tab
Go to the ‘Clients’ section in your dashboard and navigate to the ‘Active Clients’ section. Locate and open the profile of the client you want to assign a meal schedule to. Once inside the profile, click on the ‘Schedule’ tab to view the client’s current meal plan settings.
Step 2: Edit the Meal Schedule
Click on the blue ‘Edit’ button located on the right side of the screen to make changes to the meal schedule.
Step 3: Add or Import a Meal Plan
Click on ‘Add Nutrition’ and select either ‘Import Schedule’ or ‘Import Meal Plan’ if you’re assigning a single meal plan for all days.
Step 4: Save the Meal Schedule
Once you have set the meal schedule, click on ‘Save & Close’ at the top right corner of the screen to assign the new schedule to your client.
