1. Click on the blue ‘+’ button at the bottom of the screen.
2. After clicking on the " +" icon, add the schedule name and description of the meal that you like to create and click on next.
3. You will arrive at the following page. On the top, enter the basic details such as the duration of the schedule from the drop-down box. The minimum duration must be 7 days. You can assign minimum and maximum calories for each day. you can also click on the " calculate calories automatically" to calculate calories on its own on the basis of your meals assigned.
4. Click on the ‘+’ button beside each day to see your meal plans from the ‘Meal Plans’ section. Select the meal plan you want to assign for that day and click on ‘Save’.
You can also add weeks if you want to create more than 1 -one-week meal schedule for your client. Alternatively, you can click on " Auto-repeat all weeks" to continue with the same schedule in the next week.
4. You can also copy the entire week from any week and paste it into a different week. The same schedule will be copied for another week. Once you click on the copy icon, you will see the option to paste it in a different week. Similarly, you can also copy A particular day and paste it entirely to a different day in any week.
5. Once you have added the individual meal plans, you can drag and drop the tiles to make any changes. Click on ‘Save’ in the top right corner to save the changes.
Once saved, you can edit the schedule whenever you want and the changes will be saved.
