How to Add Supplements and Create a Supplement Plan in the Trainer Dashboard

Creating a supplement plan for your clients is a great way to help them optimize their nutrition and fitness goals. In the Trainer Portal, the process of adding supplements and setting up personalized supplement plans is simple and intuitive. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to add supplements and create a supplement plan:

How to Add Supplements in the Trainer Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the Supplements Section:

    • Log in to your Trainer Portal and go to the Nutrition section.

    • In the Nutrition tab, you will find the Supplements section.

  2. Click on the ‘+’ Button:

    • At the bottom of the Supplements screen, you will see a blue ‘+’ button. Click on this to add a new supplement.

  3. Enter Supplement Details:

    • A form will appear where you can enter the details for the supplement, including:

      • Supplement Name

      • Dosage Information

      • Description (optional)

      • Purchase Link (optional but helpful for clients)

    • Fill in all relevant information and ensure it is accurate.

  4. Save the Supplement:

    • Once you've filled in all the necessary details, click ‘Save’ to add the supplement to your supplement list.

Now, your supplement is available for use in your plans!


How to Create a Supplement Plan for Clients

Once you've added the supplements, you can create personalized supplement plans to suit your clients' needs.

  1. Navigate to the Supplement Plans Section:

    • Within the Nutrition tab, go to the Supplement Plans section. This is where you can create and manage your clients’ supplement schedules.

  2. Click on the Blue ‘+’ Button:

    • In the middle section of the screen, click on the blue ‘+’ button at the bottom to create a new supplement plan.

  3. Enter the Supplement Plan Details:

    • Fill in the details of the supplement plan, including the name of the plan (e.g., "Morning Energy Boost") and any other relevant information.

    • Once you’ve entered the details, click ‘Save’ to create the supplement plan.

  4. Add Supplements to the Plan:

    • After saving the plan, click on the ‘+’ icon to start adding supplements to the plan.

  5. Select Time of Day:

    • Choose the time of day when each supplement should be taken (e.g., Morning, Afternoon, Evening).

    • For each time slot, click ‘Add Supplements’ to assign the relevant supplements for that part of the day.


  6. Choose the Supplements:

    • From the list of supplements that appear, select the ones that should be included in the plan. You can choose multiple supplements for each time slot.

  7. Save the Supplement Plan:

    • Once you’ve added all the desired supplements, click ‘Save’ to finalize the plan.
