Please follow the steps below to create a workout schedule/workout program:
1. Click on 'Schedules' in the fitness section in the main menu panel. Click on the blue '+' button at the bottom of the Schedule column.
2. Enter the name of the schedule, you would like to create.
3. From the top panel you can add the weeks and number of workouts each week.
4. To add workouts & exercises to the training days, click on '+' button visible beside each day. Choose from the glossary of workouts & cardio you created in the workouts section of your dashboard.
5. After choosing a workout for a specific day, you can copy the same from one day to another by simply clicking on the copy icon beside the + icon and pasting it in the required day, you can even copy the entire week and paste it in the following weeks as needed.
6. Once added, please click on "Save & Close" to save the schedule.
