Yes, you can enable/disable the chat settings for each user from your dashboard. ​

1. Go to 'Active clients' in the client section on the dashboard and click on the three horizontal lines on the right side as shown in the picture below. ​

2. Select "Disable Chat" If you would like to disable the chat for the client.

PS: If the chat was previously disabled then you will see the " Enable Chat" option in the list.
