How can I onboard a client who has chosen my subscription plan?

As soon as clients select a subscription plan on your website and complete the payment, they are automatically added to your Fitbudd Dashboard under the "Plans to Assign" section if the payment plan automation is not enabled on the payment plan. Following the payment process, they receive a welcome email containing a link to create a password for logging into the app. By clicking on the link, they can create a password and access the QR code scanner to download the app. Clients need to download the app to view their workout schedule and log in with the credentials they created.

As a trainer, you must assign a schedule to your clients, and once the schedule is assigned, you need to activate their accounts for them to access the content in the application.

NOTE: Your clients will be charged based on their subscription cycle, for instance if your client is on a monthly subscription they will be charged every month until they plan to cancel their subscription.
