Client Onboarding Process

To onboard new clients on the dashboard, there are two methods:

  1. Manually Adding Clients.

  2. Automatically adding clients through the website.


MANUALLY ADDING CLIENTS:

1. Navigate to the 'Clients' section in the main menu panel on the left side of the portal and Click "Add New Client."


2. Enter the user's name, and email ID, Select the plan, start date, and plan duration. Optionally, include video calling by checking the relevant option if required. Click on 'done' to complete the onboarding of the client manually.


AUTOMATICALLY ADDING CLIENTS THROUGH THE WEBSITE

  1. Clients can be added automatically by selling them payment plans through the Plans page of your website.

  2. Once your client selects the required plan and completes the purchase, they will receive a welcome email to create a password for their account. The below screenshot represents the Trainer's dashboard settings and not the client's inbox.

  3. After creating the password, your clients will be redirected to the QR scan code page of your application to install your application.

4. Your clients can then access your application with the email they used to purchase the payment plan and the password they created referring to the welcome email.
