1. Repetition-based
2. Duration-based
3. Distance-based
4. Calories-based
The secondary tracking is interconnected with the primary tracking field. For example, if you choose "Repetition" in the primary tracking field, options such as "Weight" will appear in the secondary tracking field. Similarly, selecting "Duration" in the primary tracking field will reveal options like "Weight", "Speed", and "Pace" in the secondary tracking field.
