How to Change Client's Payment Plan from the Dashboard

Once a client has purchased a payment plan, you cannot edit an ongoing plan that has already been activated. Your clients are supposed to cancel their current plan and purchase another plan to switch their plans.

However, the schedule you have assigned to your client can be altered at any given stage. You can also use the filters available on the trainer portal to see the clients whose plan requires an update by clicking on 'Plans to Update' at the top of the list of clients.

You can then go to the "Schedule" tab, and click Edit to add a schedule to the client's plan and the account will become active.
