Fitbudd Dashboard Settings

Everything you need to know about your Fitbudd account

To configure your account-

1. Go to the 'Settings' section in the main menu panel.

2. Click on the various sections such as "Welcome Mail", "Onboarding Questionnaire", "Client Check-Ins", "Payment service", "Preferences", "App Launch Screen", "Connect Mailchimp", "Terms & Conditions", and "Privacy Policy".

3. Welcome email: The welcome email is the initial email triggered to your clients after they sign up on your App or purchase a plan from the website to create their passwords, which they will use to login into your App. This welcome email can be customised using the "Pencil" icon beside the Email option as shown in the screenshot below. You can even test your welcome email by using the "Send Test Mail" feature or send a manual email to your client via the same feature.

4- Onboarding Questionnaire: The onboarding questionnaire is the next process after your clients successfully log in to your app. These questions in the Onboarding Questionnaire can be customised by clicking on the Edit question option as shown in the picture below.

5- Client Check-ins: The client check-ins feature will help you track your client's progress. You can edit check-in frequency, check-in window, specific days check-ins, progress pictures requirement, Measurements and Check-in questionnaire by clicking on the Edit icon beside each segment as shown in the picture below.

6- Payment Service: This feature will help you connect your Payment gateway to your website and applications. Currently, we have Stripe & PayPal as our payment service providers for you. To learn about the steps you can write to our account setup team at setup@fitbudd.com

7- Preferences: With this feature, you can enable or disable the Intro Call to allow new users who sign up on the app to book an intro video call. A user can book one intro call of 15 mins duration. You can also enable Require onboarding completion settings to prompt users to complete onboarding first if the onboarding questionnaire hasn’t been completed yet. Thirdly, you can edit the Unit System as per your requirement using the edit icon beside it. Lastly, you can edit your Business Hours using the Edit icon beside this.

8- Billing: In this section, you can view your active subscription, and next billing date and edit your payment details.

9- App Launch Screen: This option will help you edit your App Launch Screen, you can use the Edit icon on the right side to edit/change.

10- Connect Mailchimp: You can Connect FitBudd with Mailchimp to sync leads received on your FitBudd website and app to your MailChimp account by clicking on Connect.

11- Terms & Conditions: You can Edit your Terms & conditions using the Edit icon on the Top right.

12- Privacy Policy: You can Edit your Privacy Policy using the Edit icon on the Top right.
