You can now filter your members with a lot more precision across DMs, Check-ins, Broadcasts, and Smart Groups. Here's a look at everything that's changed.
Filter by Subscription Type: Previously, you could filter members by their payment plan as a whole. You can now filter by the actual subscription type within a plan, such as monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual. This lets you target only your monthly subscribers, or reach everyone on a quarterly plan that's coming up for renewal.
Filter by Trainer: You can now filter members based on the trainer assigned to them. This is useful for gyms and studios with multiple trainers who want to message, check in on, or group only the clients under a specific trainer.
Filter by Onboarding Responses: Every new member fills out onboarding questions when they join. You can now filter your members based on their responses to these questions, letting you build segments based on goals, preferences, experience level, or anything else you ask during onboarding.

A couple of things to keep in mind:
When you broadcast to leads or inactive customers, only members who have been active on the app in the last 3 months will be reached.
Group Chats can only include active clients. Leads and inactive clients can still be reached individually through Broadcasts and DMs.
Block Members from Smart Groups: You can now block specific members from a Smart Group. If someone needs to be removed from group interactions, you can block them directly from the group instead of managing it manually.
Create Smart In-App Notifications: You can now create Smart In-App Notifications. This gives you another direct channel to reach members inside the app, along with DMs and broadcasts.
