Details required: FitBudd requires the following production credentials:
Public Key
Access Token
Note: Do not provide test credentials. Test credentials cannot be used to process live client payments.
Find your production credentials
Sign in to your Mercado Pago developer account.
Open the application or integration you want to use with FitBudd.
Go to the Production credentials section.
Copy the Public Key.
Copy the Access Token.
Confirm that both values belong to the correct live Mercado Pago account and application.
Request the FitBudd connection
Contact FitBudd Support and request a Mercado Pago integration.
Include the email address registered with your FitBudd account and the name of your business or app.
Tell the support representative that your production Public Key and Access Token are ready.
Send the credentials only through the secure method provided by FitBudd Support.
FitBudd Support will raise a technical ticket for the integration.
The technical team will configure the connection and notify you when it is ready.
Once the setup is complete, follow the testing instructions provided by the support team before accepting live client payments.
Important security note
Your Mercado Pago Access Token is sensitive and should be treated like a password. Do not paste it into a public conversation, screenshot, help article, or shared document. Never send your Mercado Pago password or one-time verification code.
If the connection cannot be completed
Check that:
You supplied production, not test, credentials.
The credentials belong to the correct Mercado Pago application.
The Access Token was copied completely without added spaces.
The credentials have not been regenerated, rotated, or revoked since they were submitted.
Your Mercado Pago account is approved to receive live payments.
If any production credential changes after the integration is completed, contact FitBudd Support so the connection can be updated.
