FAQ
Q: What happens if a client upgrades to a new plan?
A: When a client upgrades from one plan to another, any amount already paid for the current plan will be credited toward the new plan. This means the paid amount will be adjusted in the first installment of the upgraded plan, reducing the cost of the initial payment.
Q: Which payment gateway supports configuring upgradable plans?
A: Upgradable plans can only be configured using Stripe. While other payment gateways can be used for processing payments, Stripe is the only gateway that supports the management of upgradable plans.
