In-App Notifications

The In-App Notifications feature is a powerful tool integrated into the FitBudd dashboard, designed to empower trainers to enhance client outreach through dynamic product announcements, upgrades, and promotions.

How to Use

  1. Head to Dashboard and Navigate to Messages > In-App Notifications
    ​

  2. Click on the “+” button to create a new In-App Notification
    ​

  3. PLEASE NOTE: The main elements of the In-App Notifications are:
    ​

    1. Title - The headline or main message of the notification.

    2. Image (optional) - Visual content to complement the notification and make it more appealing.

    3. Description (optional) - A little more information about this notification.

    4. Primary CTA (optional) - The main action or button to drive immediate engagement. Set the primary call-to-action to navigate to payment plans, pre-defined deep links, or an external link.

    5. Secondary CTA (optional) - An additional action or button works just like a Primary CTA but with a subtle appearance.

    6. Schedule - Set the frequency of how many times it will show on the client app in the given time frame defined by the start date & end date.

  4. Once you create this in-app notification, you can choose to see its details and edit it as you wish. All active in-app notifications will trigger as per their schedule and start showing on the client app.
