The AI tool allows trainers to generate personalized workout routines based on specific parameters such as duration, intensity, and available equipment, utilizing an extensive exercise library.

Step 1
Begin by navigating to the Fitness tab, followed by selecting the Workouts tab. Next, click on the plus button, where you will find an option to "Generate with AI."
Step 2
Clicking on this option allows you to select from the two modes for AI workout creation: the Guided Mode, which offers a series of prompts to complete, and the Quick Mode, which features a free-text option.
Step 3
In the Guided Mode, you will find an option to select the training style.
Choose from a variety of training styles available in the dropdown menu. For instance, you may select strength training.
Specify the desired duration for the workout you wish to create. For example, select 45 minutes, then set the workout intensity.
You can specify the intensity of the workout.
Next, specify the equipment available for the workout - if no equipment is needed, such as in a bodyweight exercise, indicate this.
Mention the fitness level of the client for whom the workout is being created. For example, select 'beginner' if your clients are at the beginner level.
Use the target muscle prompt to select multiple focus areas and add any additional notes.
If there are specific considerations, like a client's shoulder injury, ensure the workout reflects these needs.
Lastly, you can specify if you want to include warmup or cooldown segments in the workout
Step 4
The workout will now be generated based on the provided inputs, using Trainer’s exercise library as well as the vast exercise library that FitBudd provides, including more than 4,000 exercises.
Step 5
To modify the workout, you can use the Regenerate Workout button and adjust your inputs as necessary.
For instance, to include a warm-up, you can deselect the relevant options. Select to include both warm-up and cool-down sections if desired; these options are available in both guided and quick modes. Regenerate the workout, and it will now include a warm-up and cool-down section. Verify the top and bottom sections for these additions.
Step 6
Save the workout once it is configured to your satisfaction.
Step 7
For the Quick Mode, you need to input a free text explaining what kind of workout you want to generate. For example, a workout generation for a 45-minute session suitable for an athlete in their 40s.
Step 8
Observe the workout generated based on your input. Review the workout and provide feedback on its quality and relevance. Trainers can give feedback on whether they find the exercise suitable and offer any additional comments.
All AI-created workouts will feature an AI icon for easy identification alongside regular workouts.
