Clients can now manually log their exercise progression in the app, allowing them to track their performance over time. They can search for an exercise, log details such as reps, weight, or duration, and update their logs as they progress.
Search & Log Exercises: Clients can search for an exercise and log their workout details along with the tracking fields - both primary & secondary wherever applicable.
Key Features:
Add entries to previously Logged Exercises: Clients can add new entries for exercises they have previously logged, ensuring they maintain an accurate progression history.
Log New Exercises: If an exercise has not been logged before, clients can search for it and log their details for the first time.
Update or Delete Logs: Update the log details of an already logged exercise.
How It Works:
Open the Exercise Progression on App: Clients navigate to the Progress >> Exercises
To add logs: Click the "Exercises >" title ****to view all logged exercises and use the search bar to find the needed exercises. If an exercise isn’t listed among the logged exercises, you can click on the “+ Add New” button to search in the library. Click on the exercise, add details, and Save.
Quickly Add Logs: If an exercise has already been logged, users can add a new entry by clicking the
+icon to continue tracking their progress.
Update or Delete Logs: Clients can modify or remove existing log details. Click on the exercise to open a graph view. Choose the log you'd like to edit, then update or delete the log details as needed.
